Case Management Services
Youth Development Program
This program focuses on providing one on one case management services designed to enhance essential social skills, providing valuable resources, and encouraging independent living, all tailored to empower youth in the Leavenworth community.
Skill Building Groups
Our youth groups are designed to foster personal growth using props based activities that focus on building the youth’s, self esteem, coping skills, social interaction, and communication skills using evidenced based curriculum. Groups will be provided every 6 weeks and will include but are not limited to anger management, truancy, social skills, and tutoring.
Family Resource Connection
This service connects families with essential resources, advocating for their needs while supporting youth in their developmental journey.
Parent support groups will be available and coupled with monthly Family Connection Workshops which provide structured social activities for the parent and youth to promote bonding and practice effective listening and communication skills.
